Remove the old hose but DO NOT unscrew the tailpiece/gauge connection block from the footpump. Place the 10mm hose clip over the open end of the hose and slide it several inches up the hose, it may be necessary to open the clip slightly with pliers. Soften the hose with warm water and push the hose onto the tailpiece. Reposition the spring clip over the tailpiece to secure the hose.
